so i used my spare tire for the first time ever. i decided that i like the spare wheel better than what i have on there now.

you guys know any place to buy the black, 6 lug, 16 hole, 16x7" wheels?

i checked craigslist, nothing. craigslist in the south sucks for some reason.

i have found them on rockauto, ebay, and various other websites for around 75$. but i know i can find some used for cheaper than that.

any ideas? or anyone have a couple lying around? i need 3 of them.

ya a couple, both are about 30 mins out. thought about checking one out tomorrow.

 

Check ebay again... I got a decent dealer takeoff spare tire steelie that I was going to go with on my 00 Tundra...But then before I could get 3 more, I found a deal for four '05-'12 Tacoma steelies for $244 shipped to my door. They were like $32 ea, & $92 shipping.

I'm thinking of possibly painting them battleship grey, like the old Hilux & LC rims...

your truck looks like a beast. i keep checking craigslist and ebay. i have sent out a few email parts requests to a couple of the local salvage yards. havent heard or seen anything. i know a guy who might know a guy that has a set. we'll see.

 

so i found a set of wagon wheels from a local run down used tire shop. 150$ for 4 with a trade in for the 4 15" aluminum wheels i currently have. not a bad price. 37$ a wheel. i'll post a pic when i get the new tires and wheels mounted
