Hubcentric rings?

Swapped in the Tundra 13WL brakes on my 99 4Runner last year, and instead of grinding the wheels/calipers, I opted to install 8mm spacers for my stock wheels to clear. But because the spacers are not hubcentric, my steering wheel would start vibrating above ~60mph.

Went the expensive route and bought Spidertrax/All-pro hubcentric 1.25" spacers for all 4 corners and of course solved the vibration problem, with the added bonus of a wider track.

I might be selling the 1.25 spacers because of money problems. So the question is would hubcentric rings on the 8mm spacers solve/reduce vibration issues?
