Good paint for rims

I have some American Racing AR39s that came off my mom's '87 4runner (I think). Point being that theyre old and the clear coat is chipping and wearing off. I want to clean them up and redo it but I also want to change the black portion of them to blue. What is a good paint that will hold up to being in the weather and mud?

Could try wheel paint. Honestly powdercaoting would be a much better idea.

Dupilcor is a good wheel paint. I've tired it before and was happy with the durability.
