i just got a quote from firestone for some 31x10.5x15 revos. out the door it will cost me 566.53. I havent decided yet but i think i might get them tomorrow for my 1990 toy 4x4 truck. does that sound like a good price???

 

I have been thinking about putting on a set of Revos before it snows this year. This thread has pretty much made the decision for me. A set if Revos is in my near future.

I got a set of 265/75/16 Revos w/ lifetime rotation and re-balance, my best old tire put on my spare, road hazard for all @ 621.00. Wheel works in n. California They are great tires

 

I just got mine mounted on a set of Rockcrawlers today. I just need to get the suspenion in so I can get these on.

 

Well, just another testimony to these tires toay while wheeling. These tires did everything and more than much bigger mud tires all day long today, and it was all mud, everywhere. I don't think I'll ever switch tires.

We just got dumped on with snow here in the NE. Of course, I had to work, and didn't get done until about 9:30 tonight.
For having a 2wd truck with a lockright, these tires did very well.
Compared to previous years when I had snow-specific tires, these did just as well as the snows.
Still gotta get used to the lockright (or just spend the money on the ARB finally!)
About the only other thing that would have helped me out today is 4wd.

New Revos today!
Finally on after waiting 5 weeks..TireRack dropshipped to local installer and now I want to tear up something with them. They do have great road manners for a a/t. Cant wait to try them in snow and sand.
I got the stock size 260-70-16s-
left the white out which was a tough decision but the sidewall pattern was nicer to me with whites out. And No,my truck doesn't look like an explorer now.
Hope to get a couple of years out of them hopefully.
They were worth the wait!

 

I went with the BFG A/T's because I couldn't find any info on the revos sidewall thickness or how many plys they were. Does anyone know what the sidewall ply count is? For offroading this is a important spec.

 

I've had mine on for week now. I can't believe how well they perform. They are so quiet. They are at least 3ply sidewalls i believe. I'm glad I got them. Had to run up one of the mountains when I got them and they performed awesome in the snow. So far so good and an 80,000 km warranty is why i choose them over the BFG AT ko.

how much did you pay per tire? when i was buying mine, the size you got (31s) were about $30 more than the 32's.
