early 90s steel rims 15x7

i got a set of steel rims givin to me and was just wondering if i could paint them black and would they fit on my 99 taco with 31x10.50x15.the rims are from a early 90s model taco 4x4 but im not sure about the fitting of them on my 99 taco 4x4 and what is envolved in fitting them any suggestions thanks,ken

Should fit, but I'm not very knowledgeable about Tacos... I have 15x7 steeliness from some later year Toy and they bolt on to my '84.

thanks for the reply,today i finally got time to try to fit them on my truck and they rub on the caliper.
