go with the m/t.. I have 33x12.50 xterrains on my toy and they pretty much suck..they wear like crazy..and as for off-road they suck. they don't clean out for nothing.. once compact with mud they turn into pretty much a racing slick..there good as far as looks and road noise but thats about it.

Hrm, I would assume it came with 31's. Not sure as I bought it in January and am not the original owner. Guess I should invest in some coil spacers next .

Quick question to jack the thread like I always do:
Say the space between the top of my tire and my fender is H" currently, and I am looking to go up to 33's with my new suspension setup, is there an easy way to check to see if they fit after I get this new suspension in by measuring the distance afterwards and seeing if H" is 1" higher than before?

To jump 2 inches in tire size, wouldn't the fender to tire distance need to be at least an inch higher after the suspension install for the 33's to fit?

If that makes sense, let me know.

Just thought I'd let ya know,

The 5 speeds with the 31" tires came with 4.56's I think. Only the auto's came with 4.88's. With 33's you won't be too bad. I'm running 32's with 4.10 gearing and it's not too bad (still pretty slow though).

I dont think the tire to fender distance is really a problem especially if you're adding an inch. I'm stock with 32's, my only problem is at full turn my tires hit my sway bar (I think).
