31x10.5 or 30x9.5

Hello,
I am in the process of purchasing a 1983 toyota pick up. I am trying to figure out tire size. Wondering what the preference for this little trucks is 31 x10.5 or 30x9.5

So what size did you decide on, I have 31x10.50 on both my 82 and 96 Tacoma. I have 235's on my 80, but will change out soon.
