Must Have Seasoning!

http://www.slapyamama.com/

This is the best seasoning I have ever had. I get about a case a year mixed flavors and give them to friends and family as well as use about 2-3 cans myself. You will get a personally signed thank you note from mama herself. This secret was shared with my Dad some years ago by some of the smoker gurus in South Central Los Angeles. It seems to be gaining popularity the last several years which is nice because I would hate to see them go out of business. I carry a spare tire, and a can of Slap ya Mama in my glove box!

Looks good!
I have to cut back on spicy food though as of the past year.

If it burns goin' in, no doubt about it, it will burn comin' out

I hear that. Its not that bad though on the out. Its a salt, cayenne, and seasoning base. Seeds and skin from chilis are what burn on the out cycle. LOL Trust me I love spicy everything.

The white pepper is medium hot and the original flavor is very mild. The hot is extremely hot. I would definitely suggest trying the original if you're not into the spicy stuff anymore.
