Back-Woods Philly Cheese Steak

Makes 6 Sammaches

1 pound frozen prepared cheese steak meat
1 onion
1 green pepper
1/4 lb provolone cheese
1/2 lb American cheese (it’s white, the orange cheese is cheddar dummy)
Salt, pepper
6 hoggie buns

Combine and sauté beef, thick cut onion and diced green pepper 15-20 minutes. While sautéing, salt and pepper to taste. When beef is cooked, add cheese, let melt, divide and tuck the meat into buns.
