Railriders Clothing

A little on the expensive side, but worth the money.

A few months back I bought one pair of the Extreme Adventure Pants in khaki.

A few weeks or so back I ordered another pair in the slate color, and today I just ordered my third pair, I like these pants that much.
Got another pair in khaki, so I will have two of those, and one in the slate color.
They are also on sale right now for $84, normally $98.00.

These pants have extra material on the butt and the part of the front leg/knee section.
Before you balk at the price, these are very tough and they say you can not wear them out.

These will be great for camping or any other outdoor activity, and another reason I got them is I normally wear shorts when camping, but the black flies will not leave me alone, so I am going to resort to covering up more.

Also ordered the Force 5 Micro-T a few days ago, it too is on sale.

Also about a month or so back I ordered the Equator HT top with Insect Shield.

Here is a video on the technology that keeps the bugs at bay.
I always get eaten alive when camping from black flies, not so much mosquitoes.

I hate resorting to long sleeve shirts especially during the warmer months, but bugs will simply not leave me alone, even with good repellent on, so I am going to try out this shirt to see how it works, and if it does as advertised, I will be picking up more when they are on sale.
The bug shield is suppose to last 70 machine washings, that is a long time the shirt should keep the bugs at bay.

Check these guy's out if you are wanting some high quality clothing for the outdoors.

15 to 50% off sale

Got this in my email today, big sale going on for a bit.
http://www.railriders.com/

Late last year I bought two of their Equator HT Insect Shield shirts, and today they are on sale for $38, that is a bargain for a shirt that has insect repellent built in that really works, and it has a UPF 30+ rating for sun protection.
I just bought a couple more at the reduced price.

On the Extreme Adventure Pants I have been raving about, I decided to try them at work for the past two weeks instead of my heavier Duluth Trading Firehose Work pants.
The Railriders being nylon are still very warm as we have had some temps in the 20s last week, and some snow yesterday.

$85 is the same sale price I paid for the three pair that I have had for awhile.
I have not seen the pants go for much lower than that.

I am hard on work clothes too being a heavy equipment operator, and climbing in/out of various rigs all day can take a toll on clothing, but these pants from Railriders are up to the task 100%, just like the Duluth ones are.

Anyways, I thought I would post about the sale going on right now.

The pants and shirts will be my new camping clothes to wear, as I am tired of getting eaten alive by flies when I camp.
