Also is the second NARROWS open now?? when I left to come here to Maryland they where still talking about starting the ground work for it on the GAG HARDER side.

If you lower the ISO setting, it will force a longer shutter speed. (The ISO is like the film speed in the good ole days - higher number = faster film which takes less to expose, but has a grainier image)
Mine is a point-and-shoot, but it has extensive manual options. For these kinds of photos, I put it in "Tv" which allows you to set the shutter speed (up to 15 secs!) and then it adjusts everything else based on that.

Yes, yes it really does.. And the light spectrum from a full moon is so incredible.
Yeah, I've got a couple friends who carry a PowerShot as a backup camera. They seem really decent for their price.
