Free Version of Photoshop

Found this link in a blog at work for a free version of Photoshop Express

I suck at doing stuff with MS paint, so I guess I will give this stuff a try.

The current beta of Photoshop Express does have some limits. Images can only be in JPEG format with a limit of 10MB per image. For the casual digital snap-shooters the service is targeted towards, this shouldn't be a problem. Each account is limited to 2GB of total storage, which isn't too hard to eat up quickly with digital images. Currently the beta is only available in English and to US customers, and the online integration only works with a limited number of online services: Facebook, Photobucket, and Picasa. This doesn't include any online printing options, so if prints are your thing, you may be out of luck. On the upside, Adobe will be evaluating what additional services to add based on user feedback, which you can give by clicking the "Feedback" link on every screen. Adobe also hopes to leverage the ability to push out updates more quickly than is typically possible with a desktop application, so look for the beta to continually evolve over time.

probably sounds like a spam post, but thought I would pass along the info
