So is it dying in your vids or are you killing it?

And did you start it without any fluids in the junkyard!?

My first impressions of the TDSAWPS.COM kit.

The full kit seems to be very good so far. I have installed the motor mounts and they fit on the om617 great. And have mounted the adapter plate as well.

I ran out of time.

On another note the bracket fab work is great and looks like quality fab work.

The powder coating is good as well. With the exception that ups “un predictable service” beat the hell out of it .

Here are some pics of the kit and what I have done so far.

Just some more eye candy.

I am going to go into more detail after I have the swap complete.

Just a few observation. The kit was a little snug but I expected that.
3 things I have noticed

1. The kit came with the power steering mount for a Mercedes pump not a Toyota as the tdswaps.com stated, 2+ hours trying to figure that one out.
2. I am going to have to move my trans cross member back about and inch. I am think this is due to the year of om617 I have and I have plowed with it and wheel it. so an inch after the years isn’t bad.
3. I did have to take the crank pulley off and cut and grind off one of the pulley guides off. Sorry it is a crapy weld. My tig is not working right now so I wire feeded it. very thin material.

4. I did have to massage the starter a bit, keep in mind it is after market. So that could be the cause ?
