trans swap

Help,
I have a 90 2wd 22r with the manual 4 speed, I wan't to swap this out
for a manual 5speed .... what do I need what works the best?
Any help would be great.

I'm guessing a W56 from any year might work, search for W56 on ebay there is a 2WD tranny on there right now..
