Which swap is best.....

I've got me a 1993 toyota 4runner with the classic 22re. And as many of us know i'm a little unhappy with the amount of hp and torque that this little 2.4 produces. So im going with a swap, but what one is what im debating right now.
My options are the 7mgte.... good amount of hp with room for upgrading
5vz-fe.... from what i hear is an awsome motor
or the beast 1uz-fe... v8, what else is there to say....

Im leaning towards the 7mgte due to its simple wiring as compared to the 3.4. and its ability to produce easily over 400hp with some simple upgrades. Also I see a tonne of these for sale all over the place, and alot of supras kicking in the junkyard, both for a really good price. But how to fit in the rad....hmmm

The 3.4 5vz-fe would be my next choice. It's a bit pricier but probably a lot simpler (as far as getting the rad in and all that stuff). but than again you're only getting about 190hp. sure you can put the supercharger on, but that will be another 2k.... a little pricey dont ya think?

The v8 1uz-fe would be awsome to get but i really dont want to be breaking my drive shaft of anything that would be a pain to have go on the trails... but still it would be awsome power!

So what do you think guys? I would love to hear the pros and cons of all of 'em. And i would like to hear some feedback from those who have done these swaps. This will be my first swap....ever..... so what one would be the most simple for a newbie to preform...

any feed back will be greatly appreciated!

7m is actually not that bad of a swap done it a couple of times, however that 7m is not as reliable as the 3.4 if you can just save yourself the headache and do the 3.4, in the long run you will be happier with it over the 7m, besides the 7m is just a monster and you would have to run premium in it, worry about the turbo, and everything else, keep it simple, build a bad ass 22r or just swap in a 3.4

7mgte powered 81 2wd, 14.1 with no traction at 1/8 mile!!!!
