E-locker power source?

E-locker power source?
Hey I just swapped an e-locker into my 97 4runner. I'm using the 12voltguy wiring harness which has made things easier. Everything is installed, But I am un-sure of what to use as a power source. The wiring harness comes with a little clamp thing to tap into an existing 12 volt source. I think I'm supposed to use a wire from the fuse box under the steering wheel but I don't know which one. does anyone have any suggestions? Whats the appropriate amperage to use with an e-locker?

Any 12 volt source should do but instead of using those clamps I'd get a fuse box splitter that allows it to be on a separate fuse and no wires are ever cut.
Depending on the 12 volt source some are constant, like the headlights. Others are accessory driven, like the radio. and others require the key to be in the "run position" to supply power. Choose how you want it to work and tap into the fuse box.
