Wiring help for 1988 4Runner

Look I know this has been gone over a lot I can’t find any solutions in these forums about who actually completed a swap and broke down what wires went where I'm in need of help so here it is I have 1988 sr5 3.0L 4Runner took it out and put in 3.4 outta 1998 Tacoma as complete as I could get it auto ecu most the writing harness. I have the truck running but nothing else works I’ve been chasing the wires down for a couple months now and can’t get anything to work other then the starter and charging system. When the truck runs it’s idle sounds really high and rough when in gear has no power at all I have to put it down to 1 on the shifter for it to go anywhere any help would be muchly appreciated
