What power steering pump n lines did u use for 3.4?

i used 3.4 power steering pump and 3.0 line from one without abs because i got rid of abs brake lines. and the 3.0 line is skinnier at the hydraulic bolt and it leaks i used a washer and copper gaskets and it still leaks im trying to figure out if i should buy a 3.4 a 3.4 hydraulic line without abs which would be hard to find. or if anybody else figured out an idea? thats the only leak i can find besides a small coolant leak at the back of the motor i have to figure out where.

When one of the braided lines I got from ORS rubbed through, I replaced it with a custom made hydraulic line from Napa. Ran maybe $15 if I remember right, just gotta have the right idea for length, correct fittings/threads, and make sure the bends are facing the proper direction when it's built for you.

At first I grafted mine together. 3.4 line from the pump to under the radiator. 3.0 line from box to under the radiator and joined the hard lines with a piece of tubing like a giant butt connector and then welded it up.

I have since switched to the Trail Gear setup here. 4th product up from the bottom.

This is a VERY VERY VERY simple fix.

You need a Banjo bolt from a 3.0 pump, not from a 3.4

The bolt from the 3.4 is just a touch longer, and since the 3.0 fitting it smaller, it leaks. Get a 3.0 Banko bolt, and it will be cured!

I have a 3.4 pump, and 3.0 lines from a 1989 Truck, using a 3.0 banjo bolt. All stock, all OEM, no custom crap.
