I’ve just acquired a ‘98 3.4 with 195k miles to install into my ‘87 4runner, working on a list of gaskets etc to replace while i have the engine on the stand. I am wondering if i should replace the oil pump?

any suggestions or advice?

oil pan, pickup and gasket (for ifs clearance)
timing belt kit
front and rear main seals
valve cover gaskets
oil cooler gaskets
camshaft gaskets and rear covers
fuel injectors (rebuilt or replaced)
spark plugs
belts and radiator hoses, thermastat
