sr5 tach wiring

sr5 tach wiring
im doing a cluster swap on my 95 pickup along with the 3.4 swap. unfortunatly my truck wasnt wired for the tach. if im reading the EWD correctly i need to plug my pin in the c2 connector pin#20. does this sound right?
