Just spent the last 4 months trying to complete my 3.4 swap using the engine and various related parts from my 98 4runner with auto trans,into my 91 3.0 MT pickup.Custom parts from all 3 suppliers Toyonly,Off Road Solutions&Yotashop,made the swap a breeze. I was able to get everything together for first startup but had a couple of issues,first issue was getting the Continental fuel line to seal with new crush washers.ordered new oem fuel line.2nd issue is not a big deal but never brought up before anywhere I can find is the cluster of wires on driver side of the donor motor which has ten plugs only 2 are used,O2 sensors. I haven’t found anything mentioning what to do with the remaining 8 plugs so I taped them up and tried to hide them for now.Hope to get it started soon.
