I have a 94 3.0 with 280,000. As of now it runs good and isn't showing signs of quitting. Preparing myself for the future of the truck, if I decided to do the 3.4 swap, is it and exact swap, or do I need to replace the old 3.0 engine, trans, and wiring harness all together? I don't know if I am mechanically inclined to take on an engine swap, so I would probably have a shop do it. Any info would help. Thanks.

 

Start reading all the stickies in here, then start reading through the various swap threads. All the info and then some is out there, you just have to go find it.
