Questions about starting a swap(noob)

I bought a 98 extra cab tacoma with a 3.4 that had been rolled as a donor vehicle for my 93 single cab toyota with a 22re in it.
I'm trying to decide if I should put the 3.4 into the 93 or look for a rig that had a 3.0 in it to make the swap easier. Or even look for a cab and bed since the frame and running gear are in great condition on the 98.
If i do decide to put it into my 93 my understanding is that i will need to move motor mounts and I will need a 3.0 tranny. I will also have to move my transmission mount on the frame to mount the tranny. Next the drivelines would not work as is due to the extra cab and single cab swap?(I'm asking because that's what someone had told me at one point). Also I will need a 3.0 oil pan. Then from my understanding come the exhaust which would need to be re routed. I have a body lift on the 93 so hood clearance wouldn't be an issue.
I know this is over simplified but if I'm missing something please let me know. I'm not very knowledgable on a swap I've just been researching trying to see what my best option would be. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
