Oil Dipstick Adapter question

I just got my ORS full kit minus the oil pan stuff. I already have a rear sump oil pan on my 3.0.

I need to drill my block on the 3.4 and I was just noticing that ORS mentions an "Oil dip-stick adapter"

It's obviously the part that press fits into the hole I drill but I was assuming it was the stock Toyota part. I didn't get it with the kit. Is it a custom ORS part or can I just get the Toy part from my dealer.

Thanks and I know I'm being lazy. Hoping someone can save me some time figuring it out.

The three parts I got from Toyota:

Dipstick - Toyota 15301-62060
Dipstick Guide - Toyota 11452-62060
Union - Toyota 0405-10033

Union is what actually goes into the block, the guide is the tube itself.. and the dipstick is self explanatory.

Ok the union must be what ORS is calling the " Oil dip-stick adapter". Thanks Elvota.

I was able to pop mine out of the 3.0 by using a dull chisel and tapping around all sides near the thick top piece. I re-used after drilling out the spot on the 3.4.

Thanks Rob. Good to know. However after spending $4500.00 on this swap already and it's still on the stand in my garage, I think I'll just go ahead and buy a new one. LOL! It looks so pretty in my garage I wonder if I'll ever put it in.

I don't feel so bad for dropping $3500 on mine, now. Thanks!

I'd love to give you a hand with it. But then again, I'm 1000 kms away.

Ya. I'm not trying to do it cheap either. I'll save where I can but It isn't my first concern.

Thanks for the offer anyway. I have about 95% of the parts etc. together now. Pretty much ready to go but I think I am going to wait until next fall to put it in. My 3.0 actually runs pretty good so I am going to run it for the summer and then pull the truck off the road this winter. That'll give me lots of time to do it right.

I am still toying with the idea of tossing the supercharger on it too.

Yeah, the s/c thing has a certain amount of appeal to it. After the body work. And the e-locker. And sound deadening. And stereo upgrade.

Then maybe some upholstery work.
