High RPM?

High RPM?
Finally got my truck running and on the road. I made it onto the interstate the other day and noticed I was running 4K rpm at 70mph in 5th gear. I’m using the r150 manual from a 93 4wd pickup. I got 4.30 gears with the elocker and running 32x11.5x15 tires. The truck is 4wd. I’ve checked my gauge in the truck with a scan tool and they are within 100 rpms of each other. Also checked my speedo with the radars that are on the sides of the roads and it looks dead on. From what I’ve been reading 4K seems high. If it is any thoughts on what the issue could be?
