high idle when warm

well I just got the 3.4 going in my 1993. having some high idle problems.
I checked my Iac voltages and I have 12v on the w/r wire 12v on the br/r wire and .529v on the b/r wire. I looked up the specs and here is what they are supposed to be.
w/r 12v
br/r 6-7.5v
b/r 8-9 volts
so im trying to figure out before I go spend the money on a Iac is my wiring wrong or is my Iac that messed up.also I checked my tps% and its at 10.5 also my fuel trims are way negative. the strange thing is that when my vehicle is cold it idles at about 1500 rpm. and when its warm it jumps to about 2000rpm.

Mine idles a bit too low when warm, so I dunno , but I suspect you've checked for vacuum leaks?

I'd check to see if the IAC is wired right. Any chance a couple of wires are switched?

yes I checked for vacuum leaks none found also I had toyonlyswaps do my harness and I called and asked them about it and they told me that the iac goes straight to the pcm. and that they didn't have to repin that. I was just curious if maybe I got backfeed of power coming from somewhere else. Im going to tear the iac apart tonight and clean and see if it helps. any tips other than that will be helpful.
On the other note I noticed when checking for vacuum leaks my rad hoses are rock hard with press. when its warmed up, almost like its building up to much pressure. I checked the coolant temp on the scanner and max temp is 200 f and im not overheating. haven't driven it a long distance yet though, to see if any major problems due to the high idle causing it to drink the fuel like a v8

We all had to bend out throttle bracket down too because the cable was too tight. Is there enough slack in the cable? Is the butterfly fully closing?

yes my throttle is closing all the way I even bent my throttle bracket down to make sure I had enough freeplay in my throttle cable. I cleaned my Iac again yesterday thoroughly and it idles around 1000rpm which is a lot better. but the first time I tore it apart I pulled off the side with the 2 tiny Phillips screws that leads to the back side of the iac and I think I didn't get it back in the right spot. is there any way to adjust that thing correctly.
