So I'm trying to find the last piece for the exhaust on my 3.4 swap I'm working on its the piece that takes the crossover from 2 to 1 pipe the auto parts store has one for a t100 but say it won't fit my 96 tacoma motor....is there a difference in the crossovers or will the t100 one work?

Build your own crossover pipe from random parts ??

Just what year vehicle is this exhaust going in??

Do you need to swap the exhaust from right to left??

Most build the cross over first then the rest of the exhaust system

 

I have the cross over flipped from right side to left side so when I put it in my 92 4runner the exhaust comes out the same way it was before but when I got my motor the crossover didn't have a collecter( what I have been calling it) is the piece that takes 2 to 1

They look the same to me but they are both split one says only tacomas and the other says only t100s. My 3.4 is from a 96 tacoma.

 

I just got one shipped to me with a cross over pipe from Yota Jim's parts in Denver. I would give him a call. He seems pretty reasonable, but I've only dealt with him once. Good luck!

Chances are the O2 bung are in different places between the T100 and Tacoma, which is why they're saying it won't work.
