engine swap question

i am looking to swap to a 3.4 l engine . i right now have a 94 4runner v6 with the 3vz. will that motor fit with the stock transmission and will the 3.4 fit on the truck with now problem. please help htanks

To add-
You're contemplating swapping an engine into a vehicle which did not have that engine as an option. This carries certain requirments such as retaining the electronics from the engine being installed so it operates properly as well as ensuring the engine meets the emissions requirements of the newer of either the engine or chassis. Since the engine is apparently from a newer vehicle, in order to certify it for operation on public roads (and often on public off-highway roads maintained by BLM) it has to pass emissions requirements for the year from which the engine was sourced or have a specific off-highway exemption permitting its use as an off-highway (off-road) only vehicle.
