i have been studying this
http://109.87.33.216/manuals/auto/toyota/70.pdf in the 98 3.4 section

I know some of the engine harness pins might be the same for the plugs but not all of them..

the 95 body harness has already been wired into the 98 bh plug

are the N/A in the Manuel section the wires you can leave out from the auto harness?

up towards the top 95.5 to 96 he shows which auto wires/pins correspond to the man wires/pins

example
function auto pin color man pin color
BATT E5 2 B-Y E5 1 b-y

looking for something like this for my 98!
