can i use 3.4 clutch kit with a 3.0 tranny?

This has been answered many times before. You have to use the 3.0 throw out with the 3.0 transmission. Otherwise the clutch disk and pressure plate and starter need to match the the flywheel you use. 3.0 fly wheel needs 3.0 clutch parts. 3.4 flywheel needs 3.4 clutch plus 3.0 throw out.
