could anyone point me towards how these 2 work or can I cap off

Second pic, no clue, where to they go? EGR stuff maybe?

 

google search evap canister diagram. One of those is a "vent to frame"

second pic is the fuel return. I'm thinking you forgot to re route it to the passenger side.

Also you're missing the one way check valve for the brake booster
