'93 T100 3.0 to '97 3.4 Swap

You'll need all the plugs, the ECU, the 3.4 wiring harness (unless you go the ORS route), all the VSVs and EVAP parts (unless you feel comfortable hacking the old stuck together), power steering pump, and alternator. The AC compressors are interchangeable but the pulleys are not, so either grab the parts from the donor or go eBay. The fuel system should be compatible, but you'll need to wire it slightly differently due to changes in the fuel injection systems. Long story short, grab everything you can get away with. Anything extra can be sold, but anything missing will probably be a pain to find.

I did this swap like a year ago. You will need the computer, motor mounts. Engine harness and computer. Everything else bolts up by far easiest 5vz swap around. You can use the harness off the 97 or have toyonlyswap convert your 3.0 harness for 400 bucks. If you want to use a supercharger in the future on your 5vz use a computer for a 97 and up. You will have to move the gas tank and fuel lines from passenger side to drivers side. Did this swap on my 93 T100 with 300k on the motor and 150k on the truck and its my dd. Mines a 93 T100 4X4 5 speed.
