What parts will I need off donor '97 pickup to do 3.4 swap into '93 T100 3.0 5-speed. Will computer parts, A/C, and fuel injections swap.

You'll need all the plugs, the ECU, the 3.4 wiring harness (unless you go the ORS route), all the VSVs and EVAP parts (unless you feel comfortable hacking the old stuck together), power steering pump, and alternator. The AC compressors are interchangeable but the pulleys are not, so either grab the parts from the donor or go eBay. The fuel system should be compatible, but you'll need to wire it slightly differently due to changes in the fuel injection systems. Long story short, grab everything you can get away with. Anything extra can be sold, but anything missing will probably be a pain to find.

I did this swap like a year ago. You will need the computer, motor mounts. Engine harness and computer. Everything else bolts up by far easiest 5vz swap around. You can use the harness off the 97 or have toyonlyswap convert your 3.0 harness for 400 bucks. If you want to use a supercharger in the future on your 5vz use a computer for a 97 and up. You will have to move the gas tank and fuel lines from passenger side to drivers side. Did this swap on my 93 T100 with 300k on the motor and 150k on the truck and its my dd. Mines a 93 T100 4X4 5 speed.

Also make a custom air intake with none of that crap for a extra 15 hp. Headers for 20 hp. And if you use a high flow cat with no muffler its 15 more hp. Or just use a nice high flow muffler for idk how much more hp. I run a large oil filter in my 5vz with a quart of Lucas. And 15 w 40 . i know thats heavy diesel oil but my truck has 300k and. Lots of towing

The 93 with the 3.4 will have insane acceleration because the 93 and 94 T100s have 4.7 gearing. So expect it to be fast lol
