Not to hijack the thread, but I've tried to follow you're temp issue Dale- Have you done a leakdown & coolant pressure check on your ride?

And, since I'm too lazy to search your other post, where is your temp sensor at?

OK- back to the post...
1. ditto on the Swap forum... MODERATORS?
2. I didn't have to grind anything on the A/C bracket. I must have gotten lucky.
3. DAMN sweet deal considering all the nickle and dime crap you won't have to chase around!

Do you mean a leakdown compression test? If so, no, the engine only has 28,000 miles on it. No coolant pressure test either.

See here for more info:

I also look at the OBDII temp readings sometimes, the two sensors are usually with in 5 degrees of each other.

Are you using the 3.4 AC compressor? If not, that's why.

3.4 compressor w/ the hose plate from my 93. I guess I have an early cast mount- my engine came from a 98 4 Runner.

I have a charger on my 90 4runner, I had to cut a 11x18" hole to clear with no bodylift. I have a 1st gen charger with no electronic fuel mods at this time, the stock pump on my truck can keep up with my FMU (I understand this to be rare, don't trust yours).

I run 7psi boost WOT and my temps with the stock fan run around 195-199 on a 95degree day. I measured this with the OBD-II scantool, this was running up I-70 to idaho springs.
