3.4 auto swap wiring help

Just working on wiring my 92' 5vz swapped 4runner. How do I wire the 3.4 wire harness into the auto transmission? The wire harness that seems like it should go back there comes off of the front driver side of the engine. I'll have to route this over to the passenger side I think. The only plug that I can figure out on the 3.4 harness is the neutral safety switch. There seems to be a lot more plugs on the 3.4 harness that goes back than the 3.0 harness. This has me very confused. Should I forget about using the 3.4 harness to hook up the tranny and just reuse the stock 3.0 figure out how to wire it into the 5vz ecu? If so what do I do with the wire harness that comes off of the 3.4l? Hopefully that all makes sense, some info to push me in the right direction would be amazing.

Here is the 3.0 harness I disconnected from the transmission. It consists of six plugs. The 3.4 harness has 10 plugs. How does this work?

3.0

3.4
