Any reason to have a 4wd engine harness over a 2wd harness? My motor isn't going into a minitruck (going into a 77 FJ-40 with an atlas) so it doesn't even have a 4wd indicator lamp?

Does the 4wd ecu and harness do anything different with 4wd injection?

 

it doesn't matter, I'm running a 4x2 computer and harness in my 4x4.

 

understand this is an old thread, but I was thinking of buying a 2002 Tundra 3.4 2wd and swap everything to my 1990 4runner 4wd. Now, can I even use the 2wd ECU and harness for my 4wd?
