Tie rod ends

I have developed a little rattle in the front end of my truck. I was poking around and found that the tie rod from the passenger wheel to the main rod(?) moved real easy, I am sure the tie rod end is worn.
I did a tie rod search and not a lot of great stuff came up. I also looked at the total chaos tie rods, but I can't figure out if they have an application for the standard IFS.
I was wondering if anyone has beefed up these tie rod ends, and what they used, and impressions. My thoughts were possibly using the FJ80 tie rod ends with the regular tie rod from a wrecking yard. Would these fit? I bet I would have to hog out a few of the holes for the thicker stud to fit through, but what about the threaded end that goes into the tie rod?

Oh yeah, its a 95 runna, 4x,

I recently replaced all of my tie rods with Moog tie rods. The Moog tie roods have grease nipples on them.
Just so you know, it is a major PITA to unscrew the tie rod from the shaft. I had to buy a 24mm wrench and use the closed end too hook on the tie rod thread to turn it out of the shaft. I would recomend buying the whole tie rod shaft (with inner and outer tie rods installed). You will also need a alignment after the repair.

Thanks, where did you get the moogs? I plan on doing both tie rod ends on that side, just to get it all done at once. I wanted to beef up, but maybe not yet. I never really liked working on steering stuff, because of the torque on the bolts etc.. I might just take it in for this one. I was going to do the tie rod too, just so the whole piece is new
