Oil Use
I currently have 99K on my 94 PICK-UP TRUCK.......
I've been using 10W-30 and for winter 5W-30, but now that I am about to surpass the 5 digit figure, I was thinking maybe I should start going with heavier weight, such as 15W-40, or should I go with straight 30?
Any suggestions?

Well I don't consider that really, really high mileage and you'd probably be fine sticking with 5W-30.
If you want to be a little nicer to it you can try 0W-30 or even 0W-40 (if available) I wouldn't go 15W though, because that means it's thicker when you cold start it, so it won't lube as well on startup meaning more wear & tear on your engine in the end.
