Oil pump to change diff oil
Is there an oil pump or something that can be used to change diff and transfer oil? I dont see how I will be able to change fluids without a device to pump the oil into the fill hole.

Yeah, go to your local parts store, they should have one. I bought mine at advance auto for about 10 bucks I think. I just bought one and changed my diff. fluids with it.
It works great

There's several on the market. Each local autoparts store will probably have the same one as the last place you looked and one (maybe two) other selections different from where you last looked. Off the top of my head I'd guess Harbor Freight might have a good representative sample of what's available. I recently got one from Napa that in appearance is on the order of a caulking gun without a trigger. Works fine although I never had much problem with the tall quart bottles that gear lube usually comes in. It's the crossover steering that recently made it difficult to hit the front fill plug.

Thanx Guys, will stop by auto shop and see what they have. I just quickly looked and it looked pretty tricky to get in there on the front diff specifically, also the trans case looked tricky as well.

Thanx guys,
Got one that screws to the quart bottle at the auto store for $5. SHould work just fine.

If you are in a hurry take a section of 1/2" or 3/8" tubing and then put it on a dishsoap bottle. Just pop the tip off the bottle and the part that is left will hold the hose snugly. Can you tell my pump failed just when I really needed it after a clutch job?
