leaking cv boots

Anyone knows if the slight leakage in the CV boot and upper a-arm ball joint boot leakage is serious.

2003 4runner, 37k miles

On a 2003? With 37K mi.? Should be covered under warranty - take it to the stealer for a looksy --- personally I'd demand they fix it (that is, assuming the "leak" coming from your CV boot isn't from puncturing it on a rock or something)

The CV boots are fine. The grease is bleeding from where it is strapped to the rod.

if the grease is bleeding at the rod and there are no tears what is the best solution to this? replace the boot and regrease or is this even a big problem?

I had a CV boot leak while I was under warranty too. It was replaced by the dealer no charge. I guess if you have lifted the front and put the CV at an extreme angle they could refuse to cover it under warranty if they wanted to, so be nice and polite if that's the case.

is the front up on jack stands or something? cuz that cv angle doesn't look healthy for a 4th gen.

otherwise everything looks normal to me.
