Interior cleaning and?

I know part of this has been covered. What do you guys use for cleaning the carpet when it's removed from the truck? Simple Green? I just removed the carpet and I need to clean it and dry by Sun. night. Also, while the carpet is out, should I put some sound deadener in? Suggestions welcome. 99 ex- cab,V-6,5-SP.

Dish washing detergent after you pretreat it w/ Resolve....then wash/scrub the crap out of it...then let it dry some in the sun, then steam clean it....then it'll look brand new

Yes, Well I wished I'd listened to others who have been there before me. I took out the carpet and did the bathtub cleaning thing, what a mess. Given the same job again, I'd just pull the seats ect., and have someone steam clean it. I will admitt the carpet looks good, just a PITA to handle.
