ignition probs

I'm having alot of problems with my 3VZE in an 89 SR5 4runner. My truck idles decently but at about 1600 rpm the ignition voltage drops off completely. The ignition cuts back in at about 1100 rpm. I have replaced the ignition system almost completely, new cap and rotor, new coil, "new ignitor" (salvaged but guaranteed), plugs and wires. I looked at the ECU nothing obviously wrong. Its about time to change my t-belt, and I have had suggestions to check my throttle position sensor. Any help would be appreciated.

Check the TPS, as "...suggested...".

Use the "Search" feature to look up "throttle position sensor" is the best "diagnostic help" that I can give you, others may have more.
