hey all, i recently wrecked my front end 4x4'in and i need to put in a new radiator support. my qestion is how do you get the darn thing off without ruining the inner fender, ($125 a side.) just curiouse for tips on how you guys did it. motor will be done in about 3 hours so i figure i better get crackin on the front end and stuff to anyways thanks for any info in advance.

just in case anyone wants to do this or needs to do this how its done is by taking a 1/4" drill bit and drill out the holes that have been welded shut, then take a cold chisel, or in my case a screwdriver sharpend on a grind wheel, and pry it off and bust through the rest of the weld. after that unbolt it and bolt the new one on, re weld the holes and your good to go, pretty simple.


was gonna pay 4900 to have a shop replace this and my 2 fenders and color match the paint, now i have done it for under 1 grand. just need to get it painted after the august trail run,
