front cv joints

recently bot inner front boots have been flinging grese al over the front end. I checked the boot clamps and both are loose. I was thinkin abot pullin both sides repacking them with grease and putting tighter clamps on. Are there any good write ups on here fro how to do this, i didnt find anything good with a search. I know i really need to get a factory manual but have yet to do so. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't know about write-ups, but to tide you over you can just put a zip tie over the end of the boot. Hose clams work too, but if you put one over the original clamp you can more easily cut the boot.
