flushing the transmission
has anyony tried to flush the transmission this way?
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/dorothy...bemx/p_m20.htm
it advocates using two buckets ,one with clean fluid and one to catch the waste fluid by removing the pipes from the cooler and sticking them into the approprite bucket?
just wondered what your thoughts might be on this method?

I installed the 30k Hayden in my 2001. I also talked to Level 10 about an in-line filter, their recommendation was it is not worth the effort.
I have flushed my A/T with the 5 gal bucket approach. I made up a dip stick to keep track of how much was pumped out versus poured in. You can't keep up with the pump, I shut down three times to catch up. Take a look here also http://www.amsoil.com/faqs/faq8.htm
Get a good long neck funnel to make the pour a little easier an cleaner!
