Bumper and Valence

Bumper and Valence
So my front bumper and valence are smashed on my 91 4Runner. I was looking at a few places for new ones and they are listed for about $50 for the bumper and $30 for the valence...is that pretty reasonable or is there somewhere cheaper that you have seen?
