ANOTHER Bleeding Thread, SORRY!!!

I kno, i kno, there are tons of posts about bleeding brakes...all the ones ive searched dont say anything about bleeding the master cylinder though. i am going to be installing a new master cylinder soon and i need to know the order when this is put into the mix. The Haynes repair manual just tells you how to bleed it, couldnt find anything about the order their or on the site...sorry to bring up another bleeding thread but please help!!

You have to bleed the master before installing it, there is usually instructions with new ones. If not then clamp it horizontally in a vice, by the mounting flange, not the body !!!
Then fill with brake fluid, attach some lines to the outlets and push the piston slowly in and out until bubbles stop coming out. The last one I replaced came with clear plastic tubing and adapters to attach to the outlets. If you use plastic tubing you can see bubbles, and also loop them over back into the reservoir so you don't use as much fluid.
If you don't bleed it before instaling you can't get all the air out because of the way it is sloped in the vehicle.
