What to do!! 3rz 2rz or 5vz

Details:
It has a 22re in it now

Rebuilt front end
Rebuilt the warn hubs andadded a bearing
Bobby long field shafts new 3rd member koyo bearings new seals 5:29
Motor has maybe 1500 miles
Rock ripper cold air
Rev limiter
S10 radiator
Bored .30
hot cam
shaved crank
High comp pistons
Square light Conv( headlights from whole lense to just bulbs)
W56 tranny
knuckles just rebuilt and "beefed" up
Hi-steer
Ifs power steering (new box)
3/4 ton driveline
rock sliders
Brand new Headman header
stainless pipe to flow master 40 stainless to tip
Brand new rear axle bobby longs new 3rd
5:29 Detroit tru-trac just gone through professionally
Blisteins in front
Backing eliminator on knuckles
Probably more I'm just hitting a wall

I want to do a motor swap but don't know what would be a good swap it's my DD now.
I just wanna know what goes into the Diffrent swap and what would be worth doing I don't care about mileage but I'm not doing a 4.7 swap

depends on your mechanical and fabrication skills. 3rz, and 5vz are good motors. I've done both not terribly difficult but time consuming. I'd love to do a 1jz motor with turbos if I had a 4cyl to start.

Define fab skills...

I keep hearing about a thrush or thrust bearing in the 3rz that if it goes out you might as well get a Different motor.

If you have a 3.4 swap setup vital ill trade you my 22RED setup haha

do a google search. You gotta do the footwork yourself. Your best bet will be to buy a wrecked tacoma and sell off what you don't need.
