Anything is possible with the right tools and knowledge. Or, LOTS of money.

Why a Jeep 5.2? Let me guess, your buddy has one that he will give you for free?

Sell it and buy a Chevy 350.

nobody making an adapter for this swap should say volumes yet you can find adaptors for small block Chevy's all day long this too should tell you something about the best v8 swap out there don't waist your time trying to reinvent the wheel

hahaha actually i have the jeep grand cherokee lol traded the first toyota i blew up for it i traded a 91 toyota 4cyl standard cab with a blown engine straight across for a 93 jeep grand cherokee with a built 5.2 .......... worst trade i ever made but i like the engine lol its better than a 3.slow------ plus everybody and their mom has a chevy engine in their yota

Matt90V6SR5---as a hardcore yota beliver i agree but i have a 3.go...go now....please go...come.on...there.you.go and want a lil more power

If you like the 5.2 so much, just use the entire engine/trans/transfer and build your own engine and t-case mounts. Anything is possible with the right amount of time and money.
