JDM engine swap, 2 'mystery connectors'

JDM engine swap, 2 'mystery connectors'
I put a JDM 1zzfe engine, same as was in there but blown, in my Matrix. There were a few differences between peripheral components; throttle body was cable type, exhaust manifold about 1" too short and a different knock sensor so swapped with old engine.
Engine is in and most everything is hooked up except 2 mystery connectors coming from the wiring harnes on the end near throttle body. I cannot find any sensors ot other mating connectors. The clipped harness that came with the engine does not have these two connectors. I have examined both blocks/heads to search for differences, there arent any. This is Matrix Base. Below are the two connectors in question; top right and bottom center. Wracking my brain!
