easiest bolt in engine swaps

i see a lot of threads started asking is "THIS" engine going to work, what do you think about "this" and so on.

there are pro's and con's with every swap. i don't have a lot to do with my toyota much these days but when i get back to work on her i would love to start with the engine.

so if we can get pro's and con's and suggestions on the easiest engine swaps to add more power over the 22r can we hear them in here please. foreign and domestic welcome..

well you could do an re conversion with a header and cam that would give you some bang and cheaper than swapping motors, gears will make a huge difference if your running stock ones with big tires. as far as swapping the 22re the 3rz bolts in but im not sure if you have to mod the oil pan or not if your still ifs. if you have a drop bracket lift i dont think it matters then. so 2rz/3rz a 5mge will bolt up to your tranny thats the supra motor. there is a section in the fourms and build ups, then engine swaps that covers everything from diesel to lexus engines being swapped in

i have read threw a lot of these swaps. my truck is all stock with slightly larger tires. it has always need a turd, even when it was a 2wd. now thats it's 4x4 it's a major turd.

i personally am not into the v8 swaps. i want a nice v6 or more powerful 4cyl. i was just trying to get a thread started for people to come in and agree on which swaps are the easiest.

i have my eyes set on a 1994 s10 4x4 auto with the cpi 4.3 for $200 bucks. info on the swap is slim. but i'll keep searching.

Info on a 4.3 swap is slim? That's one of the more popular swaps.

there are not a lot of build threads about it? i have found one good 4.3 swap on here using the marine intake. other then that there are not a lot of write ups over the 4.3 4l60e swap.

what am i missing?

just running a search for 4.3 in the domestic engine swap section yielded 5 pages worth of threads. I am sure all the info is out there, might not be in one place, but it's out there.

for my 92 cpi 4.3 swap it wasn't that difficult i kept my yota r15 manual tranny and the adapter went on easy and the wiring wasn't that hard i was easier when my friend loaned me his downey magazine and with the complete donor rig it was a lot easier than if i had to piece it together i got the fuel stuff and brake stuff from summit racing and jegs my whole swap took me 4months because i was working 60hrs a week at the time

3.0 to 3.4 = easiest. Pre wired harnesses, and pre fabbed crossovers are made.
